Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless event delivery.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, setup, and on-site management.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to bring creative event concepts to life.
Monitor event performance and provide post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.
Ensure all events align with Signal Tru Brand’s quality and brand standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in event planning or project coordination.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
