The successful candidate will be responsible for completion of standard and complex RFPs, RFIs, Consultant Questionnaires, Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and ad hoc requests, generated by our International partners, with a focus on APAC, working independently with an understanding of regional client/prospect requirements within the required deadline.

MAJOR DUTIES

• Prepare standard and complex RFPs, RFIs, Consultant Questionnaires, Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and ad hoc requests independently with an understanding of regional client/prospect requirements within deadline
• Ability to create compelling and accurate responses by customising standard responses and adding value by tailoring answers specific to the opportunity within required timeframes
• Work with RFP Manager and various business areas to provide thought leadership
• Work on multiple deadlines, concurrently, while following processes and maintaining quality
• Be point of reference/training for less experienced team members
• Specialise and champion in asset classes and strategies
• Disseminate updated or new content on a timely basis
• Maintain Consultant Databases if and when required

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years Asset Management and financial markets industry experience
• RFP experience within Asset Management
• Strong knowledge of Asset Management and Asset Management trends
• Native level English skill with excellent grammatical, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency within Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Proactive learner with strong intellectual curiosity
• Proficiency with statistical information and ability to interpret financial data
• Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and initiative when responding to short deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanour and a team player approach
