We are seeking a Head of PMO (Platform Management Organization) to oversee the lifecycle of our platform from conceptualization through deployment and beyond. This strategic and operational role focuses on ensuring our operational model is effective and efficient. As the Head or PMO, you will play a crucial role in shaping Vanguards platform management strategy, ensuring our operational model is robust, efficient, and aligned with strategic objectives. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in our operational processes, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure financial stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Develop and continuously improve the operational model for the platform management organization.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage the platform’s budget and conduct financial analysis to guide investment decisions.
- Talent Development: Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Leadership and Governance: Establish governance frameworks and lead strategic initiatives to enhance platform management capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or platform development, with a strong focus on operational excellence.
- Proven track record of designing and optimizing operational models.
- Strong financial acumen and project management skills.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities.
