  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management and related field is preferred.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain project management tools and software.
  • Provide support and training to users on PMO systems and tools.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements on PMO tools and processes.
  • Collect and analyze project data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on project performance metrics, such as KPIs, milestones, and risks.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure projects adhere to PMO standards, methodologies and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of PMO processes and templates.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on portfolio performance metrics, such as project status, resource utilization, and financials.
  • Maintain an up-to-date portfolio dashboard to provide visibility into project performance and health.
  • Identify trends and issues within the portfolio and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist Project Managers in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and update project status reports.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the EPMO and across project management practices.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and governance.
  • Promote the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement within the project management community.
