Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain management, engineering, operations management, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years in supply chain management, operations, or manufacturing roles, with a focus on MRP system implementation and process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of ERP and PLM systems, with experience participating in steering councils or influencing system development.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. Keen ability to make the complex simple.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications, such as MRP, ERP, PLM, MES.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of a Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) system tailored to the unique needs of Divergent Technologies.
  • Provide strategic guidance and influence the development roadmap of ERP and PLM systems.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes, improve workflows, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork to ensure effective execution of supply chain initiatives.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in supply chain management, MRP system usage, and operational excellence practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and ethical practices in all activities.
  • Be highly organized, data savvy, and support the development of a robust management operating system to drive PO health, component delivery, and a high % of On-Time Delivery.
  • Ensure critical item master data is regularly reviewed and accurate to allow for proper planning and forecasting.
  • Lead supply chain systems risk assessment, reporting, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in People, Processes, and Infrastructure to increase our Speed of Innovation and Time to Market.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in supply chain systems and participate in professional networks and associations.
