Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in a fast-paced client-side or agency marketing team, with an understanding of fundamental marketing practices and principles.
  • Experience managing clients, ideally including high-tech clients.
  • Ability to operate as a self-starter in a constantly evolving team environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to explain complex problems and processes clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analysis, and presentation-development skills.
  • Experience in project management with substantial cross-functional interaction and the ability to work successfully in a virtual global environment.
  • Experience developing detailed project proposals and estimates and tracking utilization against project budgets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including professional and casual communication styles.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, or equivalent tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • AI literacy and willingness to leverage emerging technologies and optimize creative and operational workflows.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day client relationship, manage communications, and build strong, trusted partnerships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, priorities, and goals to provide proactive guidance and anticipate needs.
  • Align internal teams around a unified approach to the client partnership and work.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to define program approaches, scopes, and timelines.
  • Guide cross-functional strategy, creative, production, and data teams to deliver high-quality work on time, on budget, and to specification.
  • Synthesize inputs from strategy, creative, and data teams into clear, cohesive stories for senior and executive audiences.
  • Ensure insights and recommendations are actionable, address client needs, and connect directly to business goals.
  • Ensure briefs clearly articulate the client’s business challenge, objectives, and measures of success.
  • Champion strategic and creative ideas, guide teams throughout development and execution, and ensure final work delivers against the brief and client goals.
  • Partner with strategy and data teams to understand work effectiveness and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Apply learnings to strengthen future briefs, creative solutions, and client programs.
  • Own account documentation, communication cadences, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain transparency, streamline ways of working, proactively resolve challenges, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Identify and support organic growth opportunities within the client organization, helping expand existing projects into broader, longer-term programs.
