  • Experience building external sales or prospecting products at a SaaS company
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of compelling content tailored for clients, partners, and their clients
  • Craft messaging that effectively communicates the technical capabilities of solutions into tangible benefits for the target audience
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams internally to develop and execute a clear go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches
  • Assist in identifying market segments and customer buying criteria, integrating insights into product launch and demand generation activities
  • Utilize market research and customer feedback to refine messaging and positioning strategies for maximum impact
  • Keep up with industry developments, trends, and customer needs to guide content strategy and enhance brand positioning
  • Contribute to demand generation plans and content marketing plans, ensuring alignment with defined value propositions
  • Communicate with partners regularly to share product metrics and updates
