The Content Strategist & AEM Specialist will develop and execute content strategies that align with our business goals and resonate with our target audience. This role is the ultimate collaborator, partnering with cross-functional teams like Marketing, UX, and technology. This role involves creating, managing, and optimizing content within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform to ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development and Management
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (e.g., articles, blogs, videos, infographics) for various digital platforms.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and adheres to best practices for digital content.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Administration
- Manage and optimize content within the AEM platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Develop and maintain AEM templates, components, and workflows to support content creation and publication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related issues, working closely with IT and development teams when necessary.
- Execute the placement of content and assets for internal and external websites using AEM.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve content-related issues and suggest improvements to support business needs.
- Collaborate with IT and UX on best practices for new AEM component creation, and applying best practices to content structure and organization within the CMS
Performance Analysis, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics) to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with search engine optimization (SEO) to implement best practices to improve content visibility and ranking on search engines.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure content aligns with overall campaign strategies and objectives.
- Train and support team members on AEM best practices and content management processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define, plan, and author consumer-centric digital experiences & campaigns in AEM.
Quality Assurance and User Experience
- Ensure that published content contributes to a positive user experience with intuitive navigation and appealing layout.
- Ensure that content meets accessibility standards, making it usable for all audience members, including those with disabilities.
- Understanding of Web Content Accessibility guidelines and how to apply them
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in content strategy, content management, or a related role.
- Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including experience with AEM templates, components, and workflows.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic content formatting and customization.
- Proficiency with Adobe Target or ContentHub or other personalization tool
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices and how to implement them in content publishing.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in published content.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a B2B or B2C industry is a plus.
- Understanding of Adobe Target or ContextHub.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or a Marketing workflow management tool (e.g., WorkFront).

Salary range is expected to be between
$68,475.00 USD - $114,125.00 USD
