  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR analytics, or a related field, with a strong focus on HRIS systems (preferably UKG).
  • Proficiency in UKG (Core, Onboarding, Compensation Management, etc.), Excel, and HR reporting tools.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure UKG, including platform setup, business rules, and security settings.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards for HR stakeholders (HR Partners, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.) and analyze data to drive insights.
  • Lead UKG system upgrades, automation projects, and process optimizations.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure the accuracy of employee records and system data.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Recruiting, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.
  • Support compensation benchmarking, assist with compensation planning, and lead merit-based processes.
  • Lead the creation, distribution, and analysis of the employee engagement survey in UKG, and support the development of leadership decks and departmental insights.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes, update UKG instruction guides, and streamline system workflows for greater efficiency.
  • Lead and manage multiple people operations projects, including overseeing the HRIS strategy and long-term roadmap.
