- Set up, maintain, and break down the expeditor station according to business volume and health regulations.
- Maintain full knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
- Monitor incoming orders through Kitchen Display Systems or printed tickets.
- Coordinate the flow and prioritization of food orders to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and presentation quality of all dishes before service.
- Assist the culinary team with final plating, garnishing, and quality control as needed.
- Communicate with kitchen staff regarding modifications, allergy alerts, and special requests.
- Assemble completed orders in the proper sequence for service team pickup.
- Ensure food is delivered promptly to guests through coordination with servers and food runners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company policies, internal controls, food safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Attend required trainings and team meetings.
- Maintain a professional appearance and support teamwork and internal service excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, kitchen support, or a culinary environment.
- Experience with high-volume dining or casino hospitality operations.
- Food Handler Certification.
- ServSafe Certification.
- TIPS Alcohol Certification, if applicable by property standards.
