Requirements
  • 3-5 years of regional field marketing, multi-channel demand generation, marketing programs, and tactics
  • German or Spanish speaking candidate preferred
  • SaaS / Technology background is a must
  • Be organized and demonstrate the ability to deliver successful pipeline building programs and tactics
  • Be able to prioritize and manage multiple, potentially conflicting, tasks
  • Be able to work effectively with a global structure
  • Have experience in successfully using sales and marketing systems, programs, and analytics to monitor and measure results
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where individual initiative is critical
  • Flexibility, willing to step up to the challenge with a solution focused mind set
  • Excellent copywriting, creative skills and marketing content creation
  • Hands-on, strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Global Marketing functions in providing regional inputs into the global campaigns and owning the execution of the campaigns in the region
  • Support the execution of the EMEA marketing plan that is measured and budgeted for
  • Partner with Global Marketing functions to develop assets for the region including and not limited to call scripts, email marketing, social posts, blogs
  • Aim to meet or exceed demand generation and revenue EMEA targets
  • Partner with Sales to execute the marketing programs
  • Monitor and report on EMEA performance
  • Be able to anticipate and plan corrective actions
  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, corporate communications, creative, event, social / digital marketing and other teams to ensure that Nylas' products and solutions are appropriately positioned and promoted in the region
  • Manage day to day activities.Assist with annual marketing plans and associated budgets
  • All about stellar activity planning, building, execution, tracking, reporting and measuring marketing performance for all market segments in the region
