Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting within Salesforce
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to provide real-time insights into sales performance
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend actionable strategies for improvement
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on Salesforce best practices
  • Implement and enforce data quality standards to maintain the accuracy and reliability of data within Salesforce
