  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally at a high growth company
  • Hands-on experience working in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, with knowledge of bidding, targeting, and optimization levers in each
  • Excellent writing/editing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day management of paid search and social campaigns to reduce cost per activation and increase sign up rates and LTV over time
  • Collaborate with our in-house teams to create ad copy, landing pages, and image assets across these channels to optimize performance
  • Be a key part of our SEO content production process, including: researching new topic ideas to write about on our blog, collaborating with our writing team, and building new tools for beauty and wellness professionals that will live on our blog
  • Support with main website SEO (optimizing content, writing metadata, implementation of technical optimizations) and build interactive elements (pop-ups, quizzes, etc.) for our main website pages and blog
  • Analyze performance data and metrics to identify growth opportunities within the performance marketing funnel and provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders
