The Banking Senior Manager helps in design and implements business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process. Skills include:
Industry experience within commercial/retail, banking payments and/or digital banking operations.
Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end-to-end banking lifecycles and operating models in Credit, Payments, or Digital Banking Operations.
Successful track record of leading complex management/technology consulting engagements across the solution delivery lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with senior client executives.
The Work
Develop world-class solutions for financial institutions.
Become a trusted advisor for senior executives looking to solve a critical business problem.
Define clients' business and technology strategy.
Perform vendor assessment and due diligence of packaged platforms
Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, deliverables and risk assessment.
Deliver banking systems implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.) on time, on schedule and on budget. Strong delivery acumen required.
Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces.
Develop of our next generation banking technology offerings.
Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.

Here’s What You Need:
10+ years relevant experience in management or technology consulting with broad experience in engagement management, and business development
8+ years banking digital banking operations experience with a focus on Payments, Credit Card Migration/Transformation and corresponding banking systems.
Experience with Fiserv/Fiserv Architecture
Experience leading a team and managing resources
A Bachelor's degree
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
