Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Integrated Marketing, Marketing Program Management, Marketing SaaS, etc.
  • Strong experience implementing and scaling processes and programs across the company, especially within marketing
  • Metrics and data-driven with a commercial-minded approach when solving problems
  • Strong business acumen
  • Effective communication and influencing skills with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong decision-making skills in balancing ambiguity, available data, speed, and iteration
  • Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from driving execution of a product launch to developing long-term product operations strategy
Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and communicate Vanta’s marketing roadmap from a single source of truth
  • Work between growth, product, and corporate marketing teams to land impactful, integrated marketing moments
  • Quarterback complex programs with cross-functional stakeholders, including annual operating planning, planning for marquee marketing moments, and large-scale product or corporate launches
  • Create and implement systems and frameworks that accelerate Vanta’s ability to launch and bring products and marketing to market
  • Work hand-in-hand with Vanta’s product operations team to bring Vanta’s product innovations to market and inform new and existing customers
