  • 2-4+ years of relevant work experience preferably within recovery payment operations
  • Familiarity of ACH, Domestic and International Wire, and Card Network compliance and regulations

  • Partner directly with banking institutions to optimize the recollection process
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance revenue-driving opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally to support both domestic and international payments
  • Assist clients with paying all outstanding fees
