Requirements
  • Previous experience in an HR/Talent Acquisition operational role
  • Experience with process improvement tools, project management and human capital metrics
  • Demonstrable track record of effectively influencing and navigating across organisational boundaries and building positive relationships that produce results
  • Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
  • Knowledgeable of international hiring laws and pay equity requirements to maintain compliance
Responsibilities
  • Lead the TA operations team responsible for the end-to-end process from background checks to initiating onboarding
  • Lead all aspects of running the employee referral bonus program
  • Partner closely with the Regional Director of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and HRIS to identify processes required to meet legal standards, including, country specific background checks, country and work council's requirements, and other governing compliance requirements
  • Use standard methodology models/processes, tools, technology and vendors to drive outstanding hiring decisions and Candidate and Hiring Manager experience
