About the Team
Picture yourself as the keyplayer of marketing systems integration and modernization—a role that encompasses software upgrades, transformative system shifts, and everything in between, all under your capable guidance.
You’ll have a massive impact by closely partnering with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams. Your primary objective will be to uphold the efficiency of our marketing systems, leaving no stone unturned. This role hinges on your analytical prowess, meticulous attention to detail, poised professionalism, and exceptional teamwork skills. About the Role
We are seeking a well-rounded MarTech Solutions Architect who is a subject matter expert in marketing technology architecture, marketing operations processes, and data modeling to implement the engine fueling personalized marketing experiences!
Successful applicants have a solid background in demand generation or marketing operations, with demonstrated expertise in architecting Marketing tech stacks and similar expertise in Salesforce.com. Experience with multiple platforms is a strong plus. This role will report to the Director of GTM Tools & Systems.
Things you will do:
- Help maintain and monitor the lead flow process in our marketing automation platform, making sure the right leads are scored and processed as expected and delivered to Salesforce
- Develop reporting for funnel optimization, and ROI forecasting
- Ensure that marketing and sales are working in lockstep and that systems and processes are aligned to ultimately increase MQL > SQL > revenue conversion
- Create/manage SFDC and marketing automation setups for campaign execution
- Advise on optimization of campaigns, such as recommending audience segmentation, better efficiency in campaign setups, etc.
- Implement advanced lead scoring models to support the lead lifecycle and customer journey
- Define & maintain a marketing technology reference architecture and technical roadmap in alignment with our product and marketing strategy and IT enterprise architecture
- Conduct ongoing market research on latest trends and researching new vendors to expand capabilities across marketing technology.
- Be the go-to expert for tools such as LeanData, Iterable, Hubspot, Salesforce, Zapier, Scalestack and other SaaS applications and tools
- Create, implement and test business processes and procedures
- Drive Security Reviews for new and existing marketing technology tools
What you already bring to the table:
- 4+ years experience of managing a Marketing Tech stack
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience
- Ability to successfully define outcomes, manage expectations, manage cross-functional initiatives and meet deadlines based on project requirements
- Demonstrated history of building relationships, establishing and proving credibility, and partnering with business leaders, peers and cross functional colleagues
- Ability to discuss technical matters with a non-technical audience
- Experience in data hygiene and marketing and sales analytics
- Experience in demand generation, customer engagement, digital marketing, and communications strategies and tactics
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills (both instructional and Informational business writing)
- Experience with analyzing marketing data
- You have proven to be organized and have a keen eye for detail
- Quick learner who goes the extra mile to meet or exceed internal professional development requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
