Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Value Engineering, or Marketplace/Cloud go-to-market for B2B enterprise software as a service, with direct exposure to hyperscaler co-selling or marketplace motions across Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, and/or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence prompting, including Claude or Gemini, to accelerate the sales process.
  • A proven track record on complex, multi-stakeholder deals worth $100,000 to $1 million or more in annual recurring revenue, owning solution strategy and executive storytelling end-to-end.
  • Ability to translate partner ecosystem complexity, including partner relationship management, marketplace mechanics, independent software vendor and global systems integrator dynamics, services multiplier, and attribution lineage, into financial outcomes a chief financial officer can approve.
  • Ability to deliver architectural and platform-level talk tracks to mixed audiences of revenue leaders and information technology or artificial intelligence strategy stakeholders without losing technical credibility.
  • Comfort with structured discovery, hypothesis-driven consulting, and providing expertise on incentives without presenting as a procurement specialist.
  • Ability to configure and manage environments using JSON, CSV, and artificial intelligence tools.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose customer partnership maturity across WorkSpan's five ecosystem segments: technology-to-technology, technology-to-services, services-to-cloud, services-to-technology, and global systems integrator/system integrator-led.
  • Navigate the four-dimensional matrix of countries, practice areas, account teams, and alliance contacts for independent software vendor-to-global systems integrator accounts, and frame the services multiplier as the central business-case lever.
  • Translate disconnected partner workflows, revenue leakage, and the partner waiting game into quantified hypotheses tied to executive goals.
  • Build and deliver executive point-of-view decks tied to financial impact rather than feature tours.
  • Own the two-slide Deal Cycle Presentation Framework as the closing or opening artifact in deal cycles, depending on context.
  • Explain WorkSpan's position between companies through its Shared Data Model, Shared Execution Model, and Bidirectional Agents, using the specified architecture talk track.
  • Defend WorkSpan's architecture against general-purpose artificial intelligence, revenue intelligence, and customer relationship management-native agent frameworks.
  • Identify applicable Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, and Google Cloud programs, including ACE, MAP, MACC, CPPO, marketplace private offers, and Google fiscal alignment, and time them to customers' buying cycles.
  • Position hyperscaler incentives as deal accelerators and risk reducers while maximizing incentive capture and protecting deal economics.
  • For Google Cloud accounts, build the attribution and fiscal-alignment narrative from referral and private-offer identification through post-sale consumption and repeatable pipeline coverage.
  • Build return-on-investment and revenue-acceleration models grounded in Agents, Seller Activation, Process Automation, and Engagement & Attribution.
  • Translate capabilities into measurable outcomes such as deal velocity, win-rate lift, partner-influenced pipeline, marketplace attach, services multiplier capture, and time saved per seller per opportunity.
  • Produce chief financial officer-defensible attribution narratives for late-stage deals.
  • Tailor demonstrations by partnership type, hyperscaler alignment, co-sell maturity, marketplace readiness, and the personas participating in the buying committee.
  • Run demonstrations as narratives connecting current-state pain, bidirectional architecture in motion, and measurable outcomes, with Agents, Seller Activation, Process Automation, and Engagement & Attribution presented as an integrated flywheel.
  • Build stakeholder videos, tailored micro-decks, and return-on-investment summaries that can circulate within the buying committee.
  • Adapt the architecture story across chief revenue officer, vice president of sales, alliance management executive, channel partnerships director, sales operations leader, and customer relationship management/information technology administrator personas.
  • Codify reusable sales consulting value decks, verticalized use cases, and procurement-ready assets for late-stage deals.
  • Train account executives and business development representatives on when and how to engage Sales Business Consulting while protecting defined entry criteria.
  • Feed feature gaps, objections, competitive intelligence, and adoption friction to Product and Marketing as structured field signals for roadmap and go-to-market decisions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience selling to Alliance Management, Channel Partnerships, or chief revenue officer buyer personas.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce-embedded experiences, including managed packages, Lightning Web Components, and right-rail customer relationship management workflows.
