Requirements
  • Strong research skills in quantum computing and related fields, with a deep understanding of technological developments, market dynamics, and core trends.
  • Interest in the space technology sector with knowledge of its technologies and industry landscape is a plus.
  • Academic background in STEM fields, with strong technical understanding. Degrees in computer science, physics, electrical engineering, or related fields are preferred.
  • Excellent business communication skills, with the ability to identify and drive collaboration opportunities to closure.
  • Proven experience working with tech companies, developer communities, or related organizations is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in organizing hackathons, workshops, or related events, with end-to-end execution capabilities.
  • Existing connections in the frontier tech space, especially in the quantum computing or space technology sectors, are a strong plus.
Responsibilities
  • Focus on business development with companies in the space technology and quantum computing sectors, exploring potential collaboration opportunities, including co-hosted events, platform integration, and other deep partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with communities in the space technology and quantum computing sectors, encouraging them to use our platform for organizing hackathons and submitting innovative projects (buidls).
  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with frontier tech organizations and communities, supporting our hackathon/grant programs.
  • Lead the design and organization of hackathons and grant programs in the frontier tech space, including promotion, participant recruitment, inviting judges and mentors, and enhancing community engagement.
  • Plan and execute frontier tech workshops, covering event design, topic selection, and inviting industry experts as speakers.
  • Actively participate in research on space technology and quantum computing industries, staying updated on the latest trends, technological advancements, and market demands to inform event design and business development.
  • Produce regular industry research reports to provide valuable insights for the team and partners.
  • Represent the company at offline conferences and industry events related to frontier tech, expanding the professional network and increasing the company’s influence within the industry.
