Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Document progress and communicate updates effectively with the care team.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in WA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
