Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Minimum 5 years preferred
- Knowledge of employee benefits programs and the relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently
Responsibilities
- Manages and oversees all employee benefits programs and relevant laws/regulations
- Supervises benefits coordinator
- Manages and oversees all employee Leave of Absence programs and relevant laws/regulations
- Coordinates benefit orientation process with new employees
- Completes compliance and reconciliation reporting
- Responds to employee inquiries and claims assistance
- Coordinates annual Open Enrollment process
- Collaborates with Compensation Manager, Director of HR Operations, and Payroll department to oversee and audit the 401(k) program
