- Document and relay customer feedback to Development teams, including product issues and improvement requests.
- Test new software and hardware at the Austin headquarters.
- Maintain and help improve operation documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Availability throughout two continuous terms, such as Spring and Summer or Summer and Fall.
- Familiarity with Robot Operating System (ROS).
- Exposure to object-oriented programming using Python or C++.
- Experience with ticket management systems such as Jira.
- Bilingual Spanish language skills.
