Responsibilities
  • Makes service follow up calls by phone
  • Originates loan applications over the telephone
  • Responsible for opening new accounts
  • Knowledge and ability to process daily transactions for members
  • Responsible for maintaining a strong working knowledge of Advancial’s cuAnywhere online banking and Advancial’s mobile app
  • Being knowledgeable of the features and benefits of all credit union products and services
  • Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage relationships and identify sales opportunities
  • Responsible for achieving production goals by increasing product penetration through outbound member contact
  • Contributes to a reduction in the number of checks processed for loan payments by offering members alternative payment solutions
  • Demonstrates knowledge of phone and email etiquette
  • Assist with inbound telephone calls from the Member Service Center call queue when volume is high
