Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in outdoor catering, events management, or related hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Strong knowledge of outdoor catering services, event logistics, and event planning coordination
  • Excellent client relationship management and consultative selling skills
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales management tools
  • Proven experience in sales team leadership and staff management
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies
  • Budget management and financial acumen
  • Familiarity with Dubai's events market and luxury event standards (preferred)
  • Multilingual capabilities (preferred)
  • Experience with vendor management and supplier coordination (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach to business development
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the outdoor catering and events sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance on sales techniques, client engagement, and performance optimization
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts for outdoor catering and events services, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements
  • Conduct site visits and consultations with prospective clients to understand their event needs and present customized catering and event solutions
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify growth potential and inform strategic decisions
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecasts, utilizing CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and client interactions
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients while maintaining profitability and company standards
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review and strategic planning
