Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Prepare monthly recurring journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Perform accurate and timely billings of product sales to customers
  • Perform daily inventory balancing activities for assigned terminals and inventory locations
  • Process inventory purchase invoices for payment
  • Collaborate with Pricing, Tax, Operations to ensure inventory movements are accurately reported
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly/annual audit and tax support
  • Perform user acceptance testing for changes/enhancements to ERP systems
  • Assist with adhoc financial analysis, as required
