Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of network experience
  • Experience working and collaborating through the Microsoft O365 suite of products
  • Experience with Ubiquity Gateway and Cisco Meraki technology
  • Experience in LAN/WAN networking with a focus strong knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3
  • Experience with large cloud managed Wi-Fi deployments
  • Experience with SD-WAN technologies in large scale deployments
  • Solid understanding of VLANs and network segmentation
  • Experience with multiple Cisco ASA Firewalls, Cisco ISR's and VPN connectivity
  • Experience working with Networking technologies and topologies (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure networking integrated multi-vendor SD-WAN technologies
  • Experience with Active Directory, and Windows/Apple integration and two factor OS authentication
  • Experienced with Network on-prem and SaaS management tools, and monitoring systems
Responsibilities
  • Support of wired and wireless network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), firewalls, access points and switching
  • Works with other IT, IT-Security and Physical Security systems and cross functional teams to support systems internal and external
  • Occasional interaction with vendors customers for implementation activities
  • Understand and work on project plans for network modifications and deployments
  • Troubleshoot system outages, and work with other technical staff to resolve critical issues
  • Solves problems relating to mission critical services to prevent problem recurrence, with the goal of automating response to all non-exceptional service conditions
  • Administration of regional SD-WAN deployments
  • Works well as an independent contributor, a team lead, and a Customer Service agent (for client interactions)
  • Willingness and openness to try new technologies, methods, and processes

  • Provide Tier 3 on-call support for internal Service Desk escalations
  • Possibility of travel in North America up to 40%
  • Occasional night and weekends deployments and support are required
