Responsibilities
  • Manage end to end video production, from inception to delivery
  • Collaborate with Technical Writers to create concise and clear scripts, and record voice overs
  • Work with our Content Strategists and Education Designers to influence the video project roadmap and video strategy
  • Ideate new videos, record audio and video, create visual assets, animate, edit, write descriptions, and publish final videos to YouTube
  • Create eye-catching motion graphics explainers, animations, and transitions to enhance and augment screen recordings
  • Work with our Product and Engineering teams to understand how new and existing features work, and the problems they solve for our users
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Brand, Community, and Growth teams to coordinate positioning of our content for new feature launch days
  • Identify key success metrics, perform lightweight analytics, and engage with our users in video comments
