Your Impact
The Senior Manager, Revenue Transformation at Axon is a strategic leader responsible for ideating, executing, and managing a portfolio of high-value transformation projects that drive back-office operational excellence. This role collaborates with key stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, IT, and other cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, optimize processes, advance reporting capabilities and implement impactful changes. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying opportunities, assembling and securing resources, and aligning teams to deliver high-impact projects.
What You’ll Do
Location: Hybrid Onsite Presence based at our US Hubs - Scottsdale, (Preferred) Seattle, Boston, Washington, DC, Denver, San Francisco, or Atlanta (2-3 days per week onsite)
Reports to: Senior Director, Revenue Transformation
- Strategic Transformation: Lead the design, execution, and oversight of revenue transformation initiatives, focusing on report automation, data insights, increasing standardization and process optimization to enhance the Axon Accounting Team’s ability to quickly and accurately close the books
- Reporting & Analytics: Drive the development and adoption of advanced reporting and analytical tools, elevate Axon’s overall analytics maturity by implementing scalable, insightful, and user-friendly dashboards and reports across the organization.
- Process Improvement: Map current state processes, lead cross-functional teams to design efficient future-state workflows, and inform the creation of quantitative models and technology enablers.
- Program Management: Build robust business cases to substantiate ROI, secure funding, and lead projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Actively manage project risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Change Management: Champion a culture of continuous improvement and foster organizational change through effective communication, training, and seamless technology adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Align and engage diverse stakeholders around shared transformation goals, maintain regular communication with executive sponsors, and facilitate Steering Committee meetings to address challenges and celebrate milestones.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or related quantitative field) preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including leadership experience in accounting, finance, consulting, strategy, analytics, continuous improvement or operations planning
- Competency in data modeling, data mining, analyzing large datasets and predictive analytics. Proficiency in SQL, Python, M-Language, DAX or similar data analytics languages
- Experience in developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sigma Computing, PowerBI or Tableau, leveraging an enterprise data warehouse (ex: Snowflake)
- Experience with enterprise platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Aptitude RevStream, with a deep understanding of their data structures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; able to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in an agile, fast-paced environment, taking initiative and delivering results.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in global operations and a strategic mindset for aligning consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 139,500 in the lowest geographic market and USD 223,200 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
