Requirements
  • B.S./B.A. degree and 8+ years relevant work experience
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in digital health / health tech sales or client success, healthcare consulting, benefits consulting, payer strategy or sales, and/or channel management
  • Demonstrated success and experience working and / or selling to large employers, health systems, health plans, healthcare IT companies, PBMs, and / or benefits consultants
  • Works independently & takes initiative to solve complex problems
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills, in small and large group settings, both in-person and via web conference or conference call
  • Strong project and account management skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with highly talented sales, client success, and product owner professionals
  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • Driven performer with the passion and initiative to exceed individual goals while operating within a fast-paced collaborative team environment
  • MBA is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and drive strategy for health plans to support and drive Maven's growth through the Health Plan book of business and expand scope of partnership
  • Foster relationships with product and commercial teams at health plan to drive joint priorities and enable growth, act as day-to-day lead for partnership team, and grow executive health plan relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Maven focused on Health Plans to set priorities and deliver key initiatives
  • Serve as the liaison between Maven's employer sales team and commercial Health Plans
  • Develop operating calendar, detailed Health Plans forecast and account planning for review with the sales team and executive leadership
  • Develop programs and promotions to drive volume through the channel and deliver on our growth goals
  • Work closely with marketing to develop sales tools and collateral specific for our commercial Health Plans
  • Aggregate Book of Business-level all reporting on partnership performance and makes recommendations based on fact-based analysis
  • Anticipate client needs, investigates the underlying causes and identifies short and long-term solutions, providing visibility to key leaders where needed
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for Legal/Care/ Implementation and other internal support
  • Look for opportunities to work with product and technology teams to leverage commercial Health Plans to expand and enhance our product offering & capabilities and serve as the liaison between teams
  • Synthesize and provide competitive intel received through our commercial Health Plans
  • Demonstrate a broad comprehension of the customer's needs, market trends, industry challenges, major players (payers and providers), relevant products and technologies
