Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 6 years of experience in software engineering
  • At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • At least 2 years of people management experience
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve existing NLG component servicing Eno content (Production support, Performance optimization, Scaling, Infrastructure, Deployments)
  • Build an API for NLG component to scale NLG to use-cases external to Conversation Platform
  • Design and implement new features and capabilities
  • Integrate support for new types of channels into the existing framework (with the accent on Voice and multilinguality)
  • Work on extending the sphere of applications of NLG, including predictive text suggestions at response design time
  • Integrating ML enhancements, designing, prototyping and building hybrid architectures to create more human-like responses
  • Lead and manage a team of Software Engineers/Machine Learning Engineers
Desired Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Software Engineering experience with proficiency in Python
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
  • 5+ years of experience in building APIs, full-stack development, Web Development
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms, DBs, experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps
  • Familiarity with NLP tasks and techniques, as well as Machine Learning Engineering
  • Exposure to and understanding of state of the art ML/NLP/AI systems and algorithms
  • Experience building tools and applications facilitating design and development of software for non-technical people (self-service tools)
