Cheesiness aside, you will be a key influencer working side-by-side with the EVP of Health Care Innovation (HCI) and others within the HCI leadership team with the goal to identify, build and implement dynamic health care innovation strategies using intel gathered from research, analytics, and your deep industry knowledge. You are a healthcare whiz and an architect who formulates and develops ideas from the 'ground up' and monitors progress from initiation. You will partner collaboratively across the enterprise to align HCI strategies internally and externally with key health care organizations in Iowa and South Dakota. Innovation is the name of the game, and you will help lead the way for new, exciting work that impacts our 2 million+ members nationwide!
