Requirements
  • A B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field of study
  • At least 10 years of experience leading engineers, with a minimum of 7 years experience in direct people-management
  • At least 10 years of relevant technical expertise

Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering teams working on customer-facing and internal applications
  • Work closely with engineering and product leadership to prioritize the work of their engineering teams
  • Collaborate with the engineering teams to transform complex business requirements to engineering solutions and deliver them on time
  • Lead, manage, and grow high-performant engineering teams
  • Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for team members and leaders to evolve in their roles
  • Lead the technical vision and long-term technology strategy for our customer-facing applications and internal tools
  • Lead recruiting efforts and hire passionate team members who embody Wellframe's core values
