Scaling.com is a Scaling Advisory firm that helps business owners and entrepreneurial leaders 10x their business in three years or less using The Science of Scaling framework created by Dr. Benjamin Hardy and Blake Erickson. Its process pairs each client (Scaler) with a dedicated Scaling Strategist who understands the client’s business, their 10x goal, and the obstacles in the way. Between sessions, ScalerAI keeps commitments visible so progress doesn’t stall. Unlike coaching or traditional consulting, Scaling.com positions itself as advisors and measures success by whether the client actually scales. The company aims to scale the world, one Scaler at a time.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Its April 2026 study surveyed 1,000 U.S. business leaders, giving fresh top-of-funnel authority.
  • Public founder visibility stayed active in 2026 through podcasts and media, sustaining demand.
  • The 2025-2026 website emphasizes monthly coaching and masterminds, supporting recurring revenue.

What critics are saying

  • Scaling.com still shows only 11-50 employees, limiting delivery capacity and brand reach.
  • A 2026 buzz-driven model around books and masterclasses faces fast imitation by coaches and consultants.
  • If customer outcomes disappoint, the company loses credibility as a research firm and advisor.

What makes Scaling.com unique

  • Benjamin Hardy and Blake Erickson co-founded Scaling.com in 2024 around the “Science of Scaling” framework.
  • The company positions itself as a research-driven advising firm, not generic business coaching.
  • Its 2026 “Scaling Gap” study gives a proprietary narrative for stalled founder-led growth.
