Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Participate in organizational development and workforce planning discussions
  • Support Department leaders in analyzing current and future talent needs and help develop strategies to address skill gaps and succession planning
  • Develop and execute comprehensive job architecture framework from the ground up, including evaluation of all positions and creation of organized job families and defined levels within the company's structure
  • Collaborate with Department leaders to standardize job roles
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, including disputes, disciplinary actions, and grievances
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee performance and development
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers on HR-related matters
  • Provide guidance on HR best practices and help solve complex HR challenges
