Requirements
  • Possess or be able to acquire a TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
  • Typically have a Bachelor of Science degree and 12–15 years of prior relevant experience to operate within the scope contemplated by the level.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to congressional inquiries on cybersecurity issues.
  • Translate cybersecurity needs and capabilities into requirements and detailed technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a list of cybersecurity architecture needs, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Analyze cybersecurity best practices to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute meaningful input to cybersecurity policies and influence the trajectory of ICAM, Zero Trust, and other cybersecurity areas in the Intelligence Community.
  • Develop and publish baseline security requirements for common enterprise services to ensure capabilities comply with cybersecurity directives and policies.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for security-related issues.
  • Apply an understanding of cybersecurity requirements across the Intelligence Community.
  • Apply an understanding of National Security Systems initiatives.
  • Apply familiarity with the Intelligence Community policy update process, Directorate of National Intelligence structure and processes.
  • Participate in technical exchange meetings and provide input to customers.
  • Work independently or as part of a team.
