Requirements
  • One to three years of experience in hospitality operations, membership or loyalty programmes, luxury retail clienteling, or events management.
  • Ability to own a customer relationship management system, a pipeline, and event run-of-show processes simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting member welcome letters and briefing partners on event logistics.
  • Ability to work effectively with members, partners, and colleagues across departments, using sound judgment about when to handle issues directly versus escalate them.
  • Proficiency with standard office and customer relationship management tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day operation of the Membership customer relationship management system, keeping all account pipelines current, accurate, and actioned.
  • Process new member and corporate account applications end to end, including document collection, know-your-customer checks, onboarding, welcome letter dispatch, and membership card issuance.
  • Track and reconcile member allocations across all benefits against each membership tier's entitlement.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for member queries and escalate benefit or exception judgment calls to the Director.
  • Support renewal tracking and flag lapsing memberships in advance.
  • Coordinate day-to-day bookings across the nine named rooms, working with front-of-house and concierge teams to ensure member allocations, minimum-attendance rules, and billing are correctly applied.
  • Act as an escalation point for the floor concierge team on member-specific questions.
  • Monitor room-mix usage patterns and report observations to the Director before periodic allocation reviews.
  • Support delivery of Roswyn's cultural calendar, including on-the-ground event management.
  • Coordinate logistics for partner-hosted events at Roswyn, working with external partners on run-of-show, guest lists, and venue requirements.
  • Assist with the Artist in Residence programme through scheduling, hospitality coordination, and day-to-day support for the resident artist.
  • Maintain the Cultural Partnerships and Events Tracker, keeping partner status, next actions, and event details current.
  • Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to keep membership collateral, pipeline reporting, and revenue tracking aligned with the Director's direction.
  • Work with the hotel's information technology and front-office teams on system and process issues affecting member experience.
  • Support the Director in preparing materials for ownership, the General Manager, and Ennismore-level updates.
Desired Qualifications
  • An interest in art, design, hospitality, or cultural programming is a strong plus given the role's proximity to Roswyn's cultural calendar and partnerships.
