Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience recruiting home health aides in a similar environment
  • Candidate must be Fluent in Spanish (Bilingual Spanish/English)
  • High energy, well spoken, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with behavioral based interviewing
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
  • Must be able to quickly adapt to change and be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be a great problem-solver, be able to work under time-pressure and multi-task while remaining composed
  • Preference given to those with home health care experience, or who have managed / organized home health care services for a loved one
Responsibilities
  • Execute high volume, full-cycle recruitment, and onboarding for new staff members within our homecare agency
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and internal policies and procedures
  • Follows-up on leads from Health Plans and internal staff
  • Leverages Home Health Registry to locate eligible potential HHAs
  • Maintain a presence at health-care job fair and create open house events
  • Maintain up to date notes in ATS (Applicant Tracking system)
  • Coordinate follow up interviews with required team members
  • Ability to provide emergency backfill on shifts as needed (HHA related work)
