Requirements
  • Active Secret security clearance and a bachelor's degree plus two additional years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • More than 10 years of experience performing duties similar to the functional description.
  • Senior-level experience supporting Department of War, Department of the Navy, or comparable international acquisition, financial, logistics, or program management activities.
  • Ability to work effectively with government, military, and contractor stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional briefs, reports, and correspondence.
  • An associate's degree plus four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a master's degree.
  • Six additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a master's degree.
Responsibilities
  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of Foreign Military Sales case activities and related program actions.
  • Assist with preparation, review, and tracking of Foreign Military Sales case documentation, program status materials, briefings, and reports.
  • Coordinate with program management, financial management, logistics, contracts, technical, and international program stakeholders.
  • Track Foreign Military Sales actions, suspense dates, case milestones, funding status, deliverables, and meeting outcomes.
  • Analyze program, schedule, financial, and logistics information to support case execution and leadership decision-making.
  • Support partner-nation meetings, program management reviews, working groups, and action-item closure.
  • Prepare clear written products including point papers, meeting minutes, correspondence, data-call responses, and status reports.
  • Maintain awareness of Foreign Military Sales policy, financial processes, export-related coordination requirements, and case execution procedures.
  • Support coordination of requirements, deliveries, sustainment planning, and program risks associated with international customers.
  • Help ensure Foreign Military Sales products are accurate, timely, and aligned with program objectives and government direction.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales case development, case execution, financial tracking, or international program support.
  • Familiarity with Defense Security Assistance Management System, Management Information System for International Logistics, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning, or similar Department of War systems.
  • Experience supporting aviation, weapons, mission systems, sustainment, or logistics programs.
