Requirements
  • A current and active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) (TS/SCI)
  • Recent hands-on experience in supply chain security intelligence analysis within the last three (3) years
  • Minimum of an advanced degree in a security or business intelligence field of study, or ten (10) years of demonstrated management related work experience
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Certificate as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Ten (10) years of experience in project management within comprehensive supply chain or related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing Federal programs
  • Extensive consulting and business development experience in the supply chain and defense industry
  • Strong working knowledge of public and commercial data sources for supply chain risk analysis
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Proven organization and project management skills
  • Critical thinking, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter, driven, and able to work with limited direction under target timelines
  • Collaborative personality and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced and sometimes unstructured environment
  • Willingness to relocate to Washington, DC metro area if not currently residing there
Responsibilities
  • Lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively with various participants on contract
  • Provide high-quality client care and understanding of contract requirements
  • Assemble and lead technical and administrative staff
  • Approach projects with a focus on process improvement and innovative solutions
  • Implement administrative policies and adhere to regulations
  • Develop and produce contract planning documents
  • Manage program budget and schedule
  • Produce high-quality contract deliverables
  • Assist with recruiting and training new employees
