- Participate in processes related to semiconductor wafer manufacturing
- Sustain the processes of ion beam mill and deposition of magnetic and non-magnetic thin film and multiplayers
- Process data review, disposition, and flag process excursions
- Develop robust processes to reduce Within Wafer (WIW) and Wafer to Wafer (WTW) variation
- Optimize processes to improve wafer yield
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, design, integration, and equipment engineering teams
- Transfer new tools and processes to production
- Support fab production 24/7 and take immediate action with fab issues
