  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, as a BDR/SDR
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred) & Sales Engagement Softwares (Salesloft preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Complete intensive sales training
  • Master our tool stack including SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.
  • Master our pitch and qualification methodology
  • Start meeting with excited accounts, qualifying leads, and create your first opportunities for the Account Executives
  • Start new training modules to keep developing your craft
  • Polish your outreach - sending personal, strategic, relevant emails and social messages
  • Contribute by suggesting innovative lead generation ideas at weekly meetings
  • Exceed monthly rep quotas
  • Begin experimenting with new ideas to create prospect meetings
  • Contribute as a subject matter expert on the 360Learning platform and share your knowledge with the rest of the organization
  • Begin the onboarding preparation to interview for the next career level in the sales organization
