Perioperative Patient Care Assistant – Perioperative Service – Nights (11PM-7AM)
This role will provide and maintain a safe, neat, and clean patient environment. Ensures the maintenance of supplies, equipment, and patient care in accordance with established procedure. Participates in patient care activities as a member of the nursing team and under the supervision of a registered nurse. Adheres to the policies and procedures of the Division of Nursing and of the hospital.
This is a full time, night position working 11PM-7PM, located at NewYork-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, rotating weekends and holidays required.
Required Criteria
A High School Graduate or equivalent
One year experience as a Nursing Assistant, Surgical Support Attendant, Building Services or equivalent experience
Computer literacy
Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly with staff, patients, and visitors
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

$25.62-$27.82/Hourly
