Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop Customer Success focused enablement programs
  • Focus on Value & Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Set up clients for long-term success
  • Prepare clients for major industry changes
  • Migrate existing customers to new solutions
  • Support training for Client Partners and Customer Success Managers
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts
  • Develop and execute key learning and development programs
  • Empower the Commercial Team to understand C-Suite/Enterprise level challenges
  • Provide training and reinforcement of key initiatives
  • Align the Commercial Team to the Go-to-Market messaging and positioning
  • Streamline the sales process
