  • 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing environment
  • Experience using test equipment such as frequency generator, oscilloscope, signal analyzer, etc.
  • Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Experience in FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, TMV, PQ processes
  • Experience in statistical data analysis using Cp, Cpk, GR&R
  • Experience in electromechanical measurement/test equipment operation
  • Experience in technical writing and documentation
  • Experience in PCBA testing, debugging, failure analysis
  • Experience in Design For Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testing (DFT)
  • Experience in Altium or equivalent ECAD tool
  • Experience in Bluetooth/BLE and RF test methods
  • Experience in writing and debugging test software in Visual Basic, Python, Test Stand, LabVIEW, C++, C#
  • Assist with qualification, preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment
  • Work closely with Product Development and Quality Assurance teams
  • Support analysis of failed product on manufacturing line
  • Lead investigations related to test fixture failures
  • Support manufacturing PCBA testing stations for all iRhythm products
  • Perform basic IQC functions and maintain inventory of spare parts
  • Operate automated testers for functional PCBA verification
  • Train electrical test technicians on automated testers
  • Execute solutions to routine technical problems
  • Perform qualification process and firmware development
  • Run management software tools to track production data
  • Perform data analysis and statistical analysis
  • Design and manage build of electro-mechanical functional test equipment
  • Support maintenance and improvements of functional test equipment
  • Perform failure analysis of electronic circuits and components
  • Provide technical expertise to Quality Assurance and Product Development teams
  • Write test/validation protocols and reports
  • Travel 5% domestic and 10% international
