Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years working in Financial Institute, preferable Capital Markets, focused on business and data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge in Capital Markets products such as FX, Rates and Credit, Futures, Commodities, Loan, Money Market, interacting with Sales & Trading regarding their PnL, sales revenue calculation practice.
  • Strong understanding in Capital Market Risk Management and Compliance / regulatory requirements and be comfortable to interact with Client Credit Risk, Capital Optimization & Measurement teams in both Risk and Finance groups.
  • Excellent SQL querying skill with ability to work with SQL & Data Cloud developers to deliver data projects.
  • Expert level skills in common data analytics tools such as Excel, Python/Jupyter Notebook, Tableau.
  • Hands-on project experience in analytic reporting, financial resource management, risk regulatory initiatives.
  • Bachelor or Master‘s Degree in Computer Science, Business Finance or related major.
Responsibilities
  • Provide business analysis in Client Revenue Analytics and Client Resource Consumption project of using client values and financial resource data to measure client profitability.
  • Complete data analysis and write up requirement of calculating client values for Global Markets trades and deals.
  • Document milestones for production deliverables, including writing scope, business requirements, defining success criteria, monitoring and reporting of business data.
  • Collaborate with technical teams in project scrum meetings, lead the discussions and define clear technical deliverables.
  • Partner with multiple teams in presenting technical solutions to business for review and acquire business sign offs.
  • Provide subject-matter-expertise throughout the product life cycle including design, implementation, and 3rd level of escalations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Working knowledge with data visualization tools and analysis techniques.
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of big data technologies & Cloud Technologies – Hadoop no-SQL/SQL databases, Databrick, Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning methods: Classification, Predictive Modeling, Abnormally Detection, Natural Language Processing.
