THE ROLE:
As an IT Technician at DAZN, your day-to-day activities will include employee onboarding and offboarding, managing and maintaining the office endpoints including video conferencing, support of office tech and AV systems and supporting the wider global team in the delivery of projects. You will also provide remote support for our satellite offices in the US and Canada.

Salary range - 50,000 - 60,000 USD
As our new IT Technician, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Oversee the day-to-day IT operations of your site, ensuring office standards set out in our Global Technology Blueprint
- Executive and VIP support
- Fulfilment of employee service requests
- Setting up workstations with necessary equipment e.g. monitors and peripherals
- Support our Central TechOps teams with remote hands activities, projects and general 1st line support
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Update knowledge base and provide training and guidance when needed
- Manage and maintain stock levels according to the needs of the site
- Installation of hardware and software, working along with the business to gather requirements
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose issues and carryout appropriate remediation
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedules
You’ll have:

- You’ll have a can-do attitude, happy to get stuck in regardless of the task.
- Strong information technology background with demonstrable experience providing direct user-facing support.
- Happy to work autonomously and able to work independently as well as part of global team.
- Experience with MAC and Windows devices
- Networking
- Knowledge of Teams enabled video conferencing
- MS Teams
- Microsoft 365
- Jira and Confluence
- Good working knowledge of ITIL
- Basic networking experience
- Day-to-day experience working with ticketing systems
