Overview:
The Maintenance Mechanic role is responsible for performing maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment. This role requires moderate supervision and may include mentoring technicians or other maintenance members.
What You'll Do:
Perform mechanical repairs and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
Conduct detailed preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Train and mentor Preventative Maintenance Technicians as needed
Assist in identifying parts and tools needed for repairs.
Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
Proficiency in reading mechanical diagrams and manuals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
