Senior Full Stack Developer

What does a great Java Full Stack Developer do? 
As a Developer, you will be a valuable technical resource designing and developing enterprise solutions on on-prem solution and working with Solution Architects. You will have an opportunity to work effectively on big and complex projects independently, and within a collaborative team-oriented environment. If you’re a self-motivated developer with strong problem solving skills, and proven track record in Java Full Stack technologies that can help in the design and development, we want to talk to you! You will research and suggest modern ways of development using cloud solutions.  

What you will do: 

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle 
• Produce well designed, testable, efficient quality code 
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications 
• Prepare and produce releases of software components 
• Support continuous improvement and innovation 
• Produce quality documentation for the support teams 
• Troubleshoot / Diagnose issues and identify appropriate solutions 

What you will need to have – 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience required. 
• 3 to 10 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing software applications and hands on experience with large scale applications at large institutions
• 3 to 10 years of experience with full stack technologies like Java/J2EE, React, Spring Boot, OpenShift, producing & consuming REST API’s. 
• 3 or more years of experience with front-end / UI technologies – React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS 
• 3 or more years of experience using one or more Relational & non-relational NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis). 
• Strong expertise on Kafka, event driven architecture 
• Expertise in Security, IAM Policies and Networking. 

What would be great to have – 

• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift 
• Experience with Azure Event Hub, Azure Blob Storage, Stream Analytics. 
• Practical experience with the end-to-end DevOps CI/CD pipeline including one or more of the following: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Maven, Gitlab, SonarQube. 
• Strong experience on event-based architecture leading strategy, governance, and execution of event-based architecture at large institutions. 
• Financial services industry experience. 
• Experience with analytics and performance monitoring. 
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). 
• Experience in the day-to-day practicalities of Agile software Product Development Lifecycles such as Scrum, SAFe, DAD, Lean Agile, Kanban, etc.
