Requirements
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in FP&A or a related finance role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field is required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to moderate based on the audience while partnering with a range of cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis methods, concepts, and tools.
  • Extensive experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial systems, such as OneStream, Hyperion, or similar.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key representative to help model, structure, execute, and track key strategic initiatives for the groups you will support.
  • Support and optimize a rolling 12-month monthly forecasting process for various groups.
  • Engage across departments to stay up to date on the latest vendors, product developments, and initiatives to make forecasts as accurate as possible.
  • Monitor forecasts and benchmark performance; identify sources of deviation and ensure action is taken based on new information.
  • Work with senior partners to identify their functional goals and support the development of their annual Operating Plan as well as their multi-year plan.
  • Support the Accounting team with month-end reconciliation of accruals.
